About Me
Hiring shouldn’t feel this hard. When it does, it’s usually a sign the system hasn’t kept pace with the business.
I founded Trusted Talent Strategies to help small and mid-sized companies bring clarity, consistency, and confidence in how they hire. I step in as a Fractional Head of Talent Acquisition when hiring isn’t working the way it should: sometimes to diagnose what’s off, sometimes to run the function, and sometimes to improve it and transition ownership back to the team. How I engage varies. What good hiring looks like does not.
For companies, I partner closely with founders, COOs, and HR leaders to strengthen recruiting operations, design scalable interview and evaluation processes, and improve decision quality.
